75 bd Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "75 bd" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the 75 bd online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://75-bd.app, together with all associated services, games, tools, and features.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or uses any part of the 75 bd service.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player profile created on the 75 bd platform that grants access to real-money betting, casino games, deposit and withdrawal facilities, and promotions.
• "Funds" / "Balance" — refers to the BDT or INR monetary balance held in a player's 75 bd account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any applicable bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to any promotional credits, free spin winnings, reload bonus amounts, or reward credits that have been credited to a player's account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it may be withdrawn, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity and age verification process required under 75 bd's player due diligence obligations.
• "BDT" — refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the primary transaction currency for Bangladesh-based players on the 75 bd platform. Amounts may be displayed using the ৳ symbol.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the 75 bd platform is not permitted under these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "these Terms" include all amendments, supplements, and annexures incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 75 bd platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 75 bd platform or any affiliated platform, unless a formal reinstatement process has been completed.
• You are of sound mind, not under the influence of alcohol or other substances to a degree that would impair your judgement, and are betting voluntarily.

75 bd reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents (such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

If 75 bd discovers, at any time, that a player is under the age of 18 or was under the age of 18 at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be refunded to the original payment method where technically possible; any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money betting and casino features on 75 bd, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active 75 bd account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or under another person's name — is strictly prohibited. 75 bd employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and bonus balances will be forfeited. Deposited funds in duplicate accounts may be refunded at 75 bd's sole discretion after investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 75 bd support immediately via live chat or at support@75-bd.app. 75 bd recommends enabling two-factor authentication (where available) and using a strong, unique password for your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

75 bd may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC verification typically requires submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account showing your registered mobile number)

75 bd reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a verification request may be suspended.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

75 bd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupees (INR) via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 75 bd will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be refunded and the associated bets may be voided.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with the support team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Processing times vary by payment method but 75 bd targets completion of bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 15 to 60 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts.

75 bd reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if:

• KYC verification has not been completed or documents are under review.
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• The withdrawal request was made in connection with bets that are under investigation for integrity concerns.
• The account has an active wagering requirement attached to a bonus balance that has not yet been met.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

Bangladesh-based players transact in BDT by default. Where currency conversion is required (for example, for INR deposits), the conversion rate applied will be the rate displayed in the 75 bd cashier at the time of the transaction. 75 bd does not charge explicit conversion fees, but the applied exchange rate may differ from the mid-market rate. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

75 bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to the player's Bonus Balance and are separate from the real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus balances that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• 75 bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice to affected players where practicable.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are later reversed, cancelled, or deemed void do not count towards wagering requirements.
• 75 bd reserves the right to void bonus winnings and remove bonus credits if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, or colluding with other players.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the 75 bd platform, you agree to use the service solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform functionality.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with markets offered on 75 bd.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Opening duplicate accounts or operating accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error may be voided.

Violation of any of the prohibited conduct rules above constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and prohibition from re-registering on the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 75 bd platform, including but not limited to the 75 bd brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface, written content, game imagery, promotional materials, and software, is the intellectual property of 75 bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 75 bd platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 75 bd platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the 75 bd platform.
• Use the 75 bd brand name, logo, or any associated trade marks in any commercial context without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the platform using automated means for any purpose.

Game content available on the 75 bd platform, including titles provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your 75 bd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to stop gambling for a defined period or permanently, you may activate self-exclusion from within Account Settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and prevents access to the account for the duration selected. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new 75 bd account during the exclusion period. 8.3 Closure by 75 bd

75 bd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, or money laundering.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or legal obligation requiring account closure.
• Repeated abusive conduct towards support staff.

Where an account is closed by 75 bd due to a breach of Terms, any outstanding real-money balance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, balances may be forfeited in their entirety.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75 bd's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the platform, or any individual transaction shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

75 bd shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processor outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or pandemics.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version shall prevail in all interpretations and disputes. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, the 75 bd platform, or any individual transaction shall be resolved as follows:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Players should first raise any dispute with the 75 bd support team via live chat or at support@75-bd.app. 75 bd aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If an internal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the initial complaint, the matter may be escalated to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution body.
